Job Description
Are you an experienced recruiter skilled in sourcing top talents for the call center industry? AKITBPO is looking for an HR Recruiter to lead our hiring initiatives for call center agents in our Final Expense Campaign.
Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and hire qualified call center agents; manage end-to-end recruitment; utilize various platforms to attract candidates; conduct interviews; maintain a talent pipeline; ensure seamless onboarding.
Qualifications: 1+ year experience in call center recruitment, strong communication skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month
