Job Description
Orient Biz Tech is seeking a full-time, on-site, night shift HR Specialist. This position is exclusively for female candidates. The HR Specialist will oversee HR operations, implement policies, manage employee relations, and ensure effective HR management.
Qualifications:
- Strong HR Management and Employee Relations skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR operations and policy creation
