Job Description
Three Percent Pakistan is looking for a motivated HR Specialist to oversee our entire recruitment process. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. You will also liaise with hiring managers, maintain candidate databases, and work closely with department heads to fully understand role requirements.
