Job Description
We are ZDIGITIZING, looking for a creative HR Specialist to join our team. This role encompasses a variety of essential functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting new staff and ensuring practical job descriptions.
- Managing timely and correct employee payments.
- Organizing training sessions for staff.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Providing HR advice to line managers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related fields.
