Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the genetic testing department.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on genetic counseling and testing.
- Expand genetic testing services and establish international partnerships.
- Collaborate with healthcare institutions to ensure ethical compliance.
- Deliver personalized genetic counseling with exceptional customer care.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Genetics or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in human genomics preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for genetic sciences.
