Job Description
Renove Interiors seeks a full-time Human Resource Manager to lead HR at our Industrial Area I-10/3 office in Islamabad. The position manages recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, performance management, HR policy implementation, and compliance with Pakistani labor laws. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to shape HR strategy, resolve conflicts, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, and team leadership; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- On-site role. Competitive monthly salary: Rs65,00–Rs100,00.
