Job Description
Location: Rehman Arcade, Airline Society, Lahore
Employment Type: Full Time (Onsite)
Timings: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
TylexTech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate will lead our HR department, implement efficient HR practices, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Lead learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2+ years of HR Manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Pay: Rs75,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
