Job Description
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity with our client, AEG Consulting, for the position of HR Officer in Islamabad. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities: As an HR Officer, you will assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records and HR databases, support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives, coordinate HR-related matters with various departments, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related discipline. Internship experience in HR is preferred, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
