Job Description
The ZMT Primary Healthcare Network is actively seeking a committed Human Resource Officer to oversee the complete employment lifecycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Key responsibilities consist of sourcing qualified candidates, addressing employee concerns, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and managing training programs.
Ideal candidates should possess outstanding interpersonal skills, experience with HR software, and a minimum of three years in a similar position, preferably within the healthcare sector. A graduate degree is required, while a master’s degree is preferred.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs60,00.00. Candidates must be open to commuting or relocating to Karachi.
