Job Description
Midware Technologies is looking for a motivated and communicative Recruitment Specialist to manage our hiring activities from start to finish. This is a remote position, open to intermediate candidates with strong English conversation skills.
Key Responsibilities include conducting screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Working hours are from 8:15 PM to 5:15 AM PKST or 12 AM to 9 AM PKST, Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday. Salary range: Rs75,00.00 to Rs95,00.00 per month.
