Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to join O3 Interfaces Pvt Ltd. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Ideal candidates are eager to develop their human resources skills in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, planning employee engagement activities, maintaining HR documentation, and assisting with general HR administration.
Requirements: A degree in Human Resources or related field, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Immediate availability preferred.
