Job Description

EWDTech seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead core HR operations. You will direct recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, support payroll, administer benefits, manage performance processes, coordinate training, develop SOPs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; practical knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations; excellent communication, discretion, organizational, and multitasking skills; proficiency with MS Office and HR systems. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring hands-on HR leadership and daily administrative support.
