Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, facilitate onboarding, and track daily attendance for payroll processing. The ideal candidate will address leave requests, handle employee queries, and coordinate team-building activities. Additionally, you will assist in performance appraisal cycles, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain HR policies.
Key responsibilities include identifying training needs, maintaining employee skill development records, and preparing HR reports for management review.
