Job Description
HR Solutions is looking for both fresh and experienced candidates for the Human Resources Officer position. You will manage HR functions such as updating job descriptions, overseeing recruitment, and handling employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and update job descriptions.
- Oversee compensation plans and revise pay structures.
- Train managers on employee coaching.
- Resolve grievances and enhance employee relations.
- Plan and evaluate HR policies and programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-1 year experience in Labor and Employee Relations

Salary: Rs.45,00 to Rs.50,00
