Job Description
Join Faletti’s Grand Hotel Multan as an I.T Officer! In this role, you will assist both staff and guests with software and hardware issues. Responsibilities include updating software, maintaining computer reports, checking system capacities during low seasons, and managing our telephone system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 2-4 years of IT support experience; hospitality industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with applications like Fidelio, Opera, and Micros is advantageous.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills.
