Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prestigious name in the telecom industry, is seeking enthusiastic Inbound Calling Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with customers by responding to their calls, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer accounts effectively.
Salary: We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs55,00.00, along with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a graduate degree.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in the banking sector.
- Experience with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
Location: This position requires in-person work in Lahore.
