Job Description
Join our team as an Inbound Campaign Representative! Handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and support requests related to Xfinity services. Assist with billing discrepancies, troubleshoot technical issues, and educate customers on products and promotions.
Full-time positions with a salary of Rs40,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month. Night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM) required, weekends off. Pick & Drop service available.
Preferred qualifications: intermediate education and at least 1 year of call center experience.
