Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and address customer complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer dealing; prior experience in a UK-based company is a plus
- Salary: Rs45,00 with incentives up to Rs15,00
- Benefits: Free medical insurance
- Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) followed by work-from-home after probation
