Divine Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between our company and both current and potential customers.
Qualifications: Intermediate education or a graduate degree.
Requirement: Must be fluent in English.
Job Description:
- Primarily responsible for answering phone calls and taking bookings for journeys.
- Ensure all journeys are dispatched on time.
- Interact with customers and drivers in a professional and courteous manner.
