Job Description
We are seeking a professional Inbound Sales Agent to support US trucking dispatch operations. You will handle customer inquiries, qualify leads, book loads, negotiate rates, and coordinate dispatch between shippers and carriers. Timely updates to scheduling and tracking systems are required.
Successful candidates possess excellent telephone and written communication skills, basic knowledge of trucking and dispatch workflows, and proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. A customer-service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Prior dispatch or sales experience is preferred.
