Job Description
Logix Solutions is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Representative for our esteemed client, specifically for international and night shifts in Karachi. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries through phone and email, delivering effective solutions, and ensuring timely responses.
Responsibilities: Manage customer queries effectively via phone and email.
Requirements: Candidates should possess intermediate education and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
