Job Description
Join ibex as a full-time International Customer Service Specialist in the Karachi Division! In this on-site position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive experience for our clientele. Your daily responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and support skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree
Job Details: This is a 6-month contract position offering a salary range of Rs90,00.00 – Rs115,00.00 per month. Evening and night shifts are required.
