Job Description
Crossroad Consultants Pakistan is hiring a full-time, in-person International Education Consultant (counseling-only; no sales targets). Requires 1–4 years of overseas education counseling experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Education or related preferred).
- Provide one-on-one guidance: assess profiles; recommend countries, universities, and programs; explain admissions criteria, timelines, and intakes.
- Advise on tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT), statements of purpose, letters of recommendation, and CVs; maintain accurate counseling records.
- Track visa and global education trends; CRM experience preferred.
Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent communication, a student-first ethical approach, and strong organizational skills. Competitive salary: Rs 70,00–150,00/month, with a supportive environment and ongoing training.
