Job Description
Call Cafe is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns via phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone communications.
- Provide informed responses regarding products and pricing.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Conduct data entry across various systems.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service is preferred.

- Availability to work evening and night shifts is required.
