Job Description
ABS International is recruiting in-house International Sales Associates for our U.S. team. No prior experience required; paid training provided in U.S. high-ticket sales and CRM. This is an on-site night shift position (6:00 PM–2:00 AM).
- Base salary: PKR 40,00–50,00 (fixed) + uncapped commission — many juniors earn PKR 70,00–80,00+
- Rapid progression to Senior Executive roles (150,00+ PKR)
- Must speak fluent English with a neutral accent, be energetic, target-driven, and comfortable making outbound calls to U.S. businesses to qualify leads or close deals
- Screening includes a brief telephone English assessment
