Job Description
Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the main point of contact for our customers via phone, email, or chat. In this role, you will take orders, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills and a genuine passion for assisting others.
- A minimum qualification of O Level/A Level or Intermediate.
- Ability to efficiently multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A positive, customer-focused demeanor combined with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer service or international sales is advantageous.
