Job Description
Call Cafe is seeking energetic and passionate International Customer Representatives to join our dynamic team. We welcome both experienced and fresh agents for our campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to international clients; fluent English is essential.
- Follow communication scripts when responding to various topics.
- Manage outbound calls efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and seize upselling opportunities.
Location: 552 B Block, Satellite Town, Near Homeo Sabeel Clinic, Rawalpindi
Shift: Afternoon (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) or Night (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM), 6 working days.

Requirements
