Job Description
Postex is looking for a committed and proactive Issue Resolution Officer to join our team in Sialkot. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer and merchant complaints, ensuring swift resolutions while collaborating effectively with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve same-day resolution for complaint tickets.
- Provide assistance to walk-in customers and manage self-collection issues.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service and Operations teams.
- Handle escalated issues and product-related complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and follow up on outstanding matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 14 years of education).
- Experience in logistics, courier services, or e-commerce is preferred.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs37,00.00 per month
