Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated IT Assistant to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will manage workflow and service requests through the call ticketing system, assist with software installation and troubleshooting, and address performance and reliability issues. This role includes network printer configuration, general desktop support, and compliance with IP policies.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred. Experience: 0-2 years. Job Type: Full-time with rotational shifts. Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs37,00.00 per month. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting work.
