Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing operating systems and software, maintaining computer networks and systems, upgrading hardware and software, and managing the wireless network. Primary duties include conducting online meetings, training employees on new programs, and managing inventory of hardware and software. Additionally, the role involves providing weekend support, installing and monitoring CCTV systems, and troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications: A minimum degree in Information Technology is required. Experience: Preferred candidates will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month. Work Location: In-person.
