Responsibilities:
- Strong technical background
- High energy levels with commitment to results
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Provide first-level support and event management

- Coordinate major incidents and keep teams informed
Qualifications:
- BCS with at least 3 years of relevant technical support experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) preferred
- Experience in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
