Job Description
We are urgently seeking an IT Service Help Desk Executive for our client, Apricart E Stores, located in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in IT service roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for IT issues.
- Provide support via phone, chat, email, and ticketing system.
- Analyze ticketing data and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams.
- Ensure quality assurance in service delivery.
