Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and providing exceptional support? Idrak Ai (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, assist with software setup and maintenance, and support virtual machine deployment.
Key responsibilities include responding to support tickets, documenting issues and solutions, and maintaining an inventory of hardware and software assets. The ideal candidate will have relevant academic qualifications and a minimum of 6 months of IT support experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
Location: Islamabad (reliable commute or relocation required)
