Job Description
Touchstone Communications is seeking a professional IT Support Officer to deliver timely, customer-focused technical assistance. The role entails managing support tickets, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and performing installations and configurations.
- Key responsibilities: ticket response and resolution, escalation management, technical troubleshooting, and system/configuration tasks.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, at least 1 year of IT support experience, and proficiency with Windows installations and Microsoft Office.
Full-time position; night shift availability required. Compensation: Rs55,00 per month.
