Job Description
Company: AGILE HR is seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Jr. Territory Sales Manager. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration combined with over 4 years of experience in managing General Trade within an FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will drive retail development, meet sales targets, and expand business in local market territories, including Super Stores, Mini Marts, and Tuck Shops. Additionally, they will be responsible for enhancing institutional sales, ensuring adherence to company policies, and monitoring monthly and quarterly sales results.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month | Location: On-site.
