Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Human Resources Executive to join our team. This full-time position involves a variety of HR responsibilities, including:
- Creating and updating employee files
- Processing employee clearances
- Updating employee information in HR software
- Managing changes related to shifts, salaries, and verifying employee attendance
- Assisting in monthly payroll preparation
- Facilitating audits of payroll documents by the internal audit department
- Supporting routine HR operations
- Completing additional tasks assigned by the line manager
