Job Description
We are seeking a Night Floor Supervisor to oversee operations at our Online Quran Academy. Shift: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday–Friday. This full-time, in-person role is based at 3rd Floor, Mughal Arcade Building, 4th Road Commercial Market, Rawalpindi. Salary: Rs40,00–45,00/month.
- Responsibilities: manage nightly floor activities, maintain discipline, coordinate class schedules with teachers, monitor staff and student performance and report findings, handle basic administration and attendance, resolve minor issues, and support training efforts.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred, strong written and verbal English, basic administrative/management experience, availability for night shifts, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
