Job Description
Please Note: This is an on-site job position. This is a Junior-Medium level position.
Wadic is seeking a dedicated Junior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for senior-level IT roles. Experience in the IT sector is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via job boards and social media.
- Perform pre-screening calls and manage candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field.
- 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and technical understanding.
Shift: Night Shift: 6:00pm – 3:00am
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore.
