Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Upwork Bidder to identify relevant Upwork projects, prepare tailored, persuasive proposals, and liaise with business development and project teams to secure new clients. This full-time, in-person role supports lead generation and client relations through timely, professional communication.

• Search and prioritize suitable Upwork jobs; assess requirements for team fit.
• Write customized, error-free proposals and submit within optimal timeframes.
• Respond to client messages, collect requirements, and schedule meetings for senior staff.
• Coordinate estimates with designers/developers and maintain bid records in spreadsheets/CRM.
• Continuously improve bidding strategies and report performance.

Required: strong English, basic freelancing platform knowledge, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets. Freshers welcome.
