Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee kiln production processes for sanitary ceramics.
– Train kiln staff for efficient and safe production.
– Diagnose kiln defects and coach operators.
– Communicate with management and adapt to changes.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years in sanitation ceramics preferred.
– Knowledge of gas shuttle kilns and emergency handling is essential.
– Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred.
