Job Description
Thinglogix is seeking a motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as a L1 Software Support Engineer. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong coding background and a passion for solving software-related issues. You will provide exceptional customer support through our ticketing system, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please note that the ability to work night shifts is required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Proficiency in Javascript and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
