Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive LABSA Shift Engineer to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) production process. The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient performance of equipment, complying with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of LABSA production equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and checks on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members for effective shift operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in chemical plant operations (LABSA experience preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
