Job Description
Finova Labs is on the lookout for a driven Team Lead for Lead Generation to become part of our vibrant sales team. This position entails leading a dedicated team focused on generating high-quality B2B leads that contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in B2B lead generation and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor a team of lead generation specialists.
- Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile performance reports.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years in lead generation, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with CRM tools.
Location: Al Raazi Road, Karachi | Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
