Job Description
Position: Mainframe Developer
Company: Capgemini
Experience: 4 – 10 Years
We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with expertise in COBOL, Mainframe Development Environment, and CICS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production support and development, using IBM Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2. Experience with file management and tools like Changeman, Endevor, and agile methodologies is preferred. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential. Knowledge of Branch and Self Service Banking application systems is a plus.
