Job Description
Vivo Mobile Company is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include receiving and addressing mobile phones sent for repair and maintaining effective communication with customers. You will also study specialized materials and guidance documents related to our products.
Assist management in various tasks to enhance performance, provide timely feedback, and answer technical questions. This role involves stepping in for service consultants when required.
