Locations: Emporium Mall, Dolmen Mall & Packages Mall
Liberty Books is seeking energetic and customer-oriented Mall Staff / Sales Consultants for our mall outlets in Lahore .If you enjoy interacting with customers, love books, and can deliver excellent service, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all walk-in customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the right books.
- Ensure a smooth, positive, and helpful shopping experience.
- Maintain visibility and availability of bestsellers and hot titles.
- Support basic store operations, including stock receiving and returns.
- Provide exceptional customer support to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum intermediate qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work in mall-based shifts.
