Job Description
HRCONSOL is looking for a motivated HR Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives that attract top talent and cultivate a high-performance culture. The selected candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, oversee performance management systems, enhance employee engagement, and develop comprehensive learning and development programs.
Qualified applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, demonstrate proficiency in HR tools, and exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills.
