The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing parcel sorting, managing delivery schedules, and supervising staff. Key responsibilities include recruiting and inspiring a high-performing team while ensuring top-notch customer service. Additionally, the role involves financial oversight, including budget preparation and performance evaluation to ensure operational excellence.
