Job Description
The ILM Foundation is seeking a skilled Marketing and Fundraising Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, donor insights, and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and enhance donor engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with proven experience in fundraising and marketing, especially in the nonprofit sector. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is necessary.
Work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sundays off. Benefits include gratuity, EOBI, leave encashment, bonuses, health card, group life insurance, pay continuation, and fuel.
Requirements
