Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is seeking a talented and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok Ads. Your focus will be on data-driven strategies to enhance performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and refine paid advertising campaigns.
- Create compelling ad creatives and copywriting.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Report metrics and expand successful campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google, Meta, or TikTok ads.
- Strong understanding of essential marketing metrics.
- Creative mindset with a rigorous testing approach.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or fashion is preferred.
